In an international market we can serve our customers, employees and dairy farmer members better (on the basis of sound economics) and at the same time take care of the environment.
At FrieslandCampina Professional we strive for maximum transparency for our employees, dairy farmer members, customers, consumers, suppliers, government agencies and nongovernmental organisations. We have determined the sustainability themes and priorities relevant to us on the basis of an extensive review of all markets in which we are active. |
We have defined four principal themes, which make up the basis upon which the company’s CSR policy is to be built:
ISO 26000 is the framework for our CSR policy. In 2009 we adopted this international social responsibility standard virtually in its entirety. Expectations in terms of staff conduct are laid down in the Staff Code of Conduct.
FrieslandCampina Professional also attaches great importance to quality and its (low) environmental impact, food safety, working conditions and fire prevention.
