The Way we Work at FrieslandCampina Professional
FrieslandCampina Professional introduced ‘The Way we Work’ as a guideline for creating the right working atmosphere and culture. The methodology is based on six pillars and targets all FrieslandCampina Professional staff members in all countries and at all levels.

The Staff Satisfaction Survey provides a structured insight into staff members’ experience of their work. The results will be used to identify areas for improvement. FrieslandCampina Professional regards its staff as a valuable asset and strives for maximum commitment at all levels. For all job levels and in all production facilities there are training programmes, including e-learning modules.

FrieslandCampina Professional aims to protect its staff against industrial accidents and occupational illnesses. Developing a safe workplace is a continuous process in which a lot of attention is paid to physical risks, noise pollution and hazardous materials. All our facilities comply with the requirements of OHSAS 18001, an international standard for safety and health in the workplace.
