Valess products are made from a concentrate of fresh milk and dietary fibres from algae. No artificial colouring agents or artificially manipulated ingredients have been used. Valess products are naturally rich in dairy proteins, unsaturated (i.e. ‘good’) fats and are enriched with vitamins and iron. Thanks to its savoury flavour, succulent consistency and easy preparation, Valess fits perfectly within the demanding standards of the catering channel.
