      Heat the Crème Brûlée for a few moments in a pan

      Pour the heated mixture into cups or ramekins and put them in the
      refrigerator until the Crème Brûlée has set

      Before serving, sprinkle with white or brown sugar

      Burn the sugar coating for a crisp caramel coating
