      Whip at medium speed for approximately 5 minutes (depending on whipping equipment used and required result)

      Add flavors or other ingredients (if wanted) an portion in a recipient of your choice (e.g. using a piping bag)

      Put in the refrigerator for min. 2 hours until the mousse has stiffened

    Conservation

    • Cooled storage at maximum +7°C
    • Once open, use within 4 days and store refrigerated
    • Optimal preparation temperature: between +2°C and +7°C
