Preparation

Oreo cookie parfait

Whip the parfait in a planetary mixer until light and airy.

Finely blend the Oreo biscuits in de Magimix or a coffee grinder and add to the parfait.

Transfer the whipped parfait to a piping bag with a large serrated nozzle and pipe the mixture into the cups.

Put in the freezer.

Garnish with an Oreo biscuit.
