1000 g Debic Tiramisu
50 g trimoline
34 g gelatin mass
37 g freeze dried coffee powder
420 g water
155 g sugar
1 bag 48 pieces/96 cups (1 piece 2 cups)
Preparation
Whip up the Debic Tiramisu with trimoline till soft peak. Add in melted gelatin. Whip it till medium peak for piping consistency.
Boil water with sugar. Add in coffee powder. Mix well and let it cold down.
Dip the lady finger into coffee syrup. And place it into dessert cup.
