This technique shows you how to infuse cream products with spices in only 6 simple steps.
Equipment needed- Pan
- Foil
- Sieve
- Mixing bowl
Ingredients
Step-by-step
For a warm infusion put the cream in a pan with your flavor makers
Heat the cream just below boiling
Turn of the heat and place plastic foil over the warm pan, push it down
Infuse for several hours
Put the cream through a sieve
For cold infusions place the flavor makers in a the bottle and put back in the fridge
