For 1 servings
40 ml amaretto
10 g sugar
100 ml coffee
50 ml Debic Cream Plus Mascarpone
Mix the Amaretto with the sugar and heat it.
Pour into the glass.
Serve the coffee over the Amaretto mixture.
Ligthly whisk the Debic Cream Plus Mascarpone and slowly pour it over the coffee.
Finish with the chocolate garnish.
