40 ml amaretto

10 g sugar

100 ml coffee

50 ml Debic Cream Plus Mascarpone

chocolate garnish


Italian coffee

Mix the Amaretto with the sugar and heat it.

Pour into the glass.

Serve the coffee over the Amaretto mixture.

Ligthly whisk the Debic Cream Plus Mascarpone and slowly pour it over the coffee.

Finish with the chocolate garnish.

Finishing touch

On this 'special coffee' you can think of many variations; Irish coffee (with Whisky), Hasselt coffee (with Jenever), French coffee (with Grand Marnier), ... the Debic Cream Plus Mascarpone always keeps its stand on top of the coffee.
