Coffee anglaise

150 ml Debic Crème Anglaise

10 g instant coffee Decoration 10 g instant coffee

Decoration

3 figs

2 pears

30 pecan nuts

10 coffee candy chips

Preparation

Panna cotta ring

Remove the panna cotta ring from the blister. Place on a plate, cover with plastic and leave to thaw in the fridge. Heat up the Debic Crème Anglaise Bourbon and dissolve the coffee. Cool down and transfer to a squeeze bottle. Cut the pears and figs.

Finishing touch

Cover the plate with the coffee anglaise. Garnish with instant coffee and finish off with the pears, figs, coffee crisps and pecans.
