Mixed Herb Butter

Appetizer Crème Garlic

2000 g Debic Fry & Spread

250 g mixed herbs

50 g garlic

20 g salt

10 ml Tabasco


Group 1

Beat Debic Fry & Spread butter in the planetary mixer till airy.

Chop the herbs and garlic finely and add together with the salt and the Tabasco, to the butter.

Fill a piping bagwith a serrated nozzle and pipe the herbal butter in the desired shape.

Store in the fridge or, if for a longer period, in the freezer.
