Decorating with whipped cream
This technique shows you how to use whipped cream as a decoration for desserts and other menu items.
Equipment needed- Piping bag
- Nozzle
- Spatula
Preparation video
Step-by-step
Choose the right nozzle for the application and place in the piping bag
Put the whipped cream in a piping bag
Pinch the bag with one hand half way the piping bag
Start piping cream on the surface where you want the blob
Slowly turn around keeping the same hight to create a swirl
Sweep the nozzle away to from the blob and create a smooth top
Decorate
