20 g gelatin powder
120 g water (1)
150 g water (2)
300 g sugar
300 g glucose
200 g Debic Végétop
Food colouring
Moisten the gelatin with the water (1).
Bring the water (2) with the sugar and the glucose to a boil for 1 minute.
Add the gelatin mass and the Debic Végétop.
Mix extensively while adding the white food colouring.
Store for 12 hours in a cool place.
Use at 30-35°C.
