Bring the sugar, glucose, and water to a boil. Then add the gelatin and continue boiling until dissolved. Tip: Use 1 part gelatin per 5 parts water.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix to an even consistency.

Pour the Debic Végétop into the mixture.

Add the colorant.

Blend until smooth using a hand blender, keeping the blades at the bottom to prevent bubbles.
