For 10 servings
600 ml Debic Cream 35%
400 ml Debic Crème Anglaise Bourbon
Mix the Debic Cream 35% with the Debic Crème Anglaise Bourbon and transfer the mixture into a siphon.
Aerate with 2 nitrous gas cartridges and leave in the refrigerator until use.
Finish with a flourish of the airy vanilla foam.
