Mascarpone cream with blueberry smoothie

A refreshing smoothie recipe with mascarpone cream.

Mascarpone cream


1000 g Frozen blueberries

500 ml Orange juice

3 g Tarragon leaves


Mascarpone cream

Whip the tiramisù in a planet mixer until light and airy and then transfer to a piping bag with a smooth nozzle. Pour into the glasses and store in the refrigerator for 4 hours.


For the smoothie, blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Add some more orange juice if the smoothie is too thick.

Finishing touch

Pour the smoothie à la minute on top of the tiramisù and garnish with a piece of orange and a sprig of tarragon.
