Raspberry panna cotta with strawberry smoothie

A refreshing strawberry smoothie with raspberry panna cotta.

Dessert Smoothie Strawberries


Panna cotta

800 ml Debic Panna Cotta

200 ml Raspberry purée

50 ml Monin rose syrup


1000 g Frozen strawberries

500 ml Full-fat yoghurt

1 x Tray of honey cress


Panna cotta

Melt the panna cotta and add the raspberry purée and rose syrup.

Pour into the glasses and store in the refrigerator for 4 hours.


For the smoothie, blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Add some more yoghurt if the smoothie is too thick.

Finishing touch

Pour the smoothie à la minute on top of the panna cotta and garnish with a piece of strawberry and a sprig of honey cress.
