Summer Bowl

1 l Debic Panna Cotta

200 g strawberry purée


¼ watermelon

5 kiwis

30 strawberries

20 raspberries

50 g crumble

1 tray of lime cress

10 g meringue (Pidy)

100 ml raspberry coulis


Summer Bowl

Melt the Panna Cotta and add the strawberry purée.

Divide among the bowls and leave to set in the refrigerator.

Finishing touch

Finish the bowls à la minute with the garnishes.
