This block shows all of the available elements you can add to a form
Standard form fields are first name, last name, email, and company.
Additional fields can be:
Text area - both single line and a larger version for comments
Dropdown - maximum 6 selections
Radio options - where you can only choose one option, this can be text only or visual
Checkboxes - where you can choose multiple options or have one lone-standing checkbox
Do not overwhelm your customer with more fields than necessary, the more fields you have the worse user experience your customer will have. Less is more!
You can add more text here, which is optional. There is no character limit, but be careful that the left and right halves of your form are somewhat even - the left containing text and an image (optional), the right being the form. If you have an image it needs to be 960 px wide, but can be any height.
