400 ml Debic Culinaire Original
4 cloves of garlic
300 g Greek yoghurt
50 ml olive oil
5 g dill
Mix all of the ingredients together in the blender and blend until smooth.
Pass through a fine sieve and season to taste with salt.
Pour into a 1 l whipping cream canister.
Charge with two CO2 charges.
Shake before use.
