Cream

700 g cauliflower

500 ml Debic Culinaire Original

3 g salt

5 g garam masala

Preparation

Cream

Cook the cauliflower in the Debic Culinaire Original until cooked.

Drain and puree finely in the blender with 100 ml of the cooking juice.

Pass through a fine sieve. Warm the garam masala in a little fat.

Season the cream of cauliflower to taste with salt and the garam masala.
