A fruit smoothie is already a summer favourite, but combine it with a creamy component based on the Debic dessert range and it’s completely irresistible.  Recipes for 10 glasses

 

White chocolate parfait with cherry, orange and lime smoothie

Ingredients

White chocolate parfait

Smoothie

  • 1 kg of cherries, pitted
  • 500 ml orange juice
  • 1 tub of lime cress

Preparation

  1. Heat the Debic Cream 35% and melt the white chocolate in it.
  2. Cool the mixture.
  3. Whisk the Debic Parfait in the planetary mixer until airy and mix with the white chocolate mixture.
  4. Transfer to a piping bag with a smooth nozzle and portion in the glasses.
  5. Put the glasses in the freezer for 4 hours.

Smoothie

Blend all ingredients together into a smooth mixture.

Tip: add extra orange juice if the smoothie is too thick.

Finish

Pour the smoothie on the parfait à la minute and garnish with a piece of orange and lime cress.

 

Coconut parfait with pineapple smoothie

Ingredients

Coconut parfait

  • 400 ml Debic Parfait
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml Malibu (liqueur)

Smoothie

  • 1 kg pineapple, frozen
  • 500 ml pineapple juice
  • 1 tub of Atsina cress
  • 100 ml Malibu (liqueur)

Preparation

  1. Whisk the Debic Parfait in the planetary mixer until airy and mix with the coconut milk and Malibu.
  2. Transfer to a piping bag with a smooth nozzle and fill the glasses until halfway full.
  3. Store in the freezer for 4 hours.

Smoothie

Blend all ingredients together into a smooth mixture.

Tip: add extra pineapple juice if the smoothie is too thick.

Finish

Pour the smoothie on the parfait à la minute and garnish with a piece of lime and lime cress.

 

Tiramisu with tarragon and orange smoothie

Ingredients

Tiramisu

Smoothie

  • 1 kg blueberries, frozen
  • 500 ml orange juice
  • 3 g tarragon leaves

Preparation

  1. Whisk the Debic Tiramisu in the planetary mixer until airy and transfer this mascarpone cream to a piping bag with a smooth nozzle.
  2. Portion in the glasses and store in the fridge for 4 hours.

Smoothie

Blend all ingredients together into a smooth mixture. Add extra orange juice if necessary.

Finish

Pour the smoothie on the tiramisu à la minute and garnish with a piece of orange and a tarragon branch.

Raspberry panna cotta with strawberry smoothie

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1 kg strawberries, frozen
  • 500 ml full-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tub of honey cress

Preparation

  1. Melt the Debic Panna Cotta and mix with the raspberry purée and the rose syrup.
  2. Portion in the glasses and place in the fridge for 4 hours.

Smoothie

Blend all ingredients together into a smooth mixture.

Finish

Pour the smoothie on the panna cotta à la minute and garnish with strawberry and honey cress.

Mango crème brûlée with passion fruit, ginger and lemon verbena smoothie

Ingredients

Crème brûlée

Smoothie

  • 1 kg mango, frozen
  • 200 ml passion fruit purée
  • 300 ml orange juice
  • 30 g ginger
  • 5 g lemon verbena
Preparation
  1. Heat the Debic Crème Brûlée to 70˚C and mix with the mango purée.
  2. Portion in the glasses and store in the fridge for 4 hours.

Smoothie

Blend all ingredients together into a smooth mixture. Add extra orange juice if necessary.

Finish

Pour the smoothie on the crème brûlée just before serving and garnish with a piece of mango and some lemon verbena.

Yoghurt panna cotta with watermelon, strawberry and mint smoothie

Ingredients

Panna cotta

Smoothie

  • 1 piece of watermelon
  • 500 g strawberries, frozen
  • 20 g mint
  • 100 ml vodka
Preparation
  1. Melt the panna cotta and mix with the yoghurt.
  2. Portion into the glasses and store in fridge for 2 hours.

Smoothie

Blend all ingredients together into a smooth mixture.

Finish

Pour the smoothie on the panna cotta à la minute and garnish with a piece of watermelon and some mint.
