PANNA COTTA RING with tropical fruit

10 Debic Shapes Panna Cotta Rings

150 ml mango coulis

1 mango

200 g pineapple

2 passion fruit

20 g coconut shavings

10 lemon cress

Preparation

Take the panna cotta ring out of the blister. Put on a plate and cover with plastic. Defrost in the fridge. Cut the fruit in equal parts.

Finishing touch

Decorate the panna cotta with the tropical fruit and coconut shavings. Finish with mango coulis and the lemon cress.
