MASCARPONE CREAM balk Tiramisu

10 Debic Shapes Mascarpone Cream balks

150 ml mango coulis

1 mango

200 g pineapple

2 passion fruit

10 physalis

1 lime zest

10 g white chocolate decoration

Preparation

Take the mascarpone balk out of the blister. Put on a plate or tray, cover with plastic and defrost in the fridge. Cut the tropical fruits in equal parts.

Finishing touch

Decorate the mascarpone balk with the tropical fruits, chocolate decoration and lime zest. Finish with the mango coulis.
