Ingredients

500ml Debic Culinaire Original

1 kombu sheet (20 cm)

1 g salt

Step-by-step

Add the kombu and salt to the warm Culinaire Original and soak for 30 minutes.

Pass through a sieve.

Reduce until sauce consistency.
