Parmesan Fondue Sauce
A Parmesan fondue sauce is a creamy sauce inspired by classic fondue, but with the distinctive flavour of Parmesan cheese. It is a rich, melted cheese sauce made by combining Parmesan cheese with cream. Debic Culinaire Original is gently heated to between 60-70°C, allowing the cheese to melt and mix with the other liquids to form a smooth, creamy texture. The result is a palate-pleasing, savoury sauce packed with the deep umami of Parmesan cheese, adding a luxurious and flavourful finish to dishes.

Step-by-step
Grate 220 g of mature Parmesan cheese with a fine grater.
Pour 250 ml of Debic Culinaire Original into the pan.
Heat to about 65°C.
Add the grated cheese in parts to the warm cream and stir well with a whisk until melted.
Season to taste with fresh pepper.
