Ingredients

500ml Debic Culinaire Original

2 black onions (relative of black garlic), puréed

1 g salt

Step-by-step

Add the black onion purée and salt to the warm Culinaire Original and blend smooth with a stick blender.

Reduce until sauce consistency.

Add salt to taste.
