Meet the Debic Ambassadors from Asia!
Debic likes to give professionals a helping hand. We do this in lots of ways: with our range of cream and butter products and the tips, master classes, techniques and recipes we share with you. We also seek to inspire you by showing you what other professionals are making with our products: both the timeless and the trendy. We work with renowned pastry chefs and chocolatiers worldwide. We’d like to introduce them to you. Meet the Debic ambassadors!

There are pâtisserie talents working all over the world who trust the quality of Debic. Driven by their talent, they’re always on the look-out for trends and innovations, but also keen to perfect the timeless classics. Their products may be based on classic French pâtisserie, or they may be trying something completely new. In order to present their creations to the world optimally, they have to be able to trust their ingredients – whether they work in a hot country, somewhere cold, in a big city or in a smaller community.
Some products need to be always good and ready for you at any time. That’s why these ambassadors choose Debic. It’s not just the taste and possibilities of our products that they embrace, but their consistent quality, which allows them to do what they love most and what makes them unique. After all, everyone is different, but we all need quality as the basis for success.

Our ambassador, Otto Tay, is a celebrated pastry chef, winning the 2019 Pastry World Cup. In 2017, he became Pastry Chef at the Asia Pastry Academy in Vietnam. Otto is dedicated to advancing the Asian market through engaging demos, hands-on training, and informative lectures. We're thrilled that Otto chooses Debic products to elevate his exceptional creations.
At 20, Loi Ming Ai mastered Malaysian pastries at a traditional cake shop. He studied French pastry at APCA Malaysia and represented Malaysia in global competitions, winning the 2019 World Pastry Cup. Now, he teaches masterclasses and consults worldwide. With Our ambassador Chef Otto, he runs Voilà, focusing on pastries, desserts, and education.
For over a decade, Chef Gee has honed his skills internationally, competing on 'Iron Chef' and working in five-star hotels.
