1 Base 3 Textures
Modern kitchens demand efficiency without compromising creativity. Professional kitchens often fall into familiar patterns. Opening the same dessert base, following the same method, creating the same result. But what if one product could become three completely different experiences? With our One Base = Three Textures concept, you maximise one Debic dessert product and create surprising variations without extra complexity.
From one foundation, endless possibilities emerge: from airy mousses and light espumas to rich ganaches and unique powders. This approach saves time in mise en place, reduces inventory complexity, and allows guests to experience the same flavour foundation in multiple forms. Did you know that Debic Mousse au Chocolat can easily transform into chocolate powder or jelly? Or that Debic Tiramisù can become creamy chantilly or smooth crème Suisse? Through simple methods like whipping, heating and setting, you create entirely different experiences from the same base. On the following pages, we help you unlock the full potential of seven Debic dessert bases.
