Pizza

20 pizza dough bases

1 l Debic Crème Brûlée

Garnish

100 g stracciatella cheese

100 g pistachio paste

30 g ground pistachios

Preparation

Shape the dough into pizza bases and spread a thin layer of Crème Brûlée on top.

Bake in the oven for 3 minutes (depending on oven type and temperature).

Assembly

Top the pizza with stracciatella cheese and pistachio paste. 

Sprinkle with ground pistachios before serving.
