Recently, the Debic Premium Bakery Customer Workshop was successfully held at the FrieslandCampina Professional Demo Centre in Shanghai, China. This high‑impact event convened 13 prominent customer brands from 10 major cities across regional markets. Participants included well‑known bakery chains such as Yexiang, ShanBake (Chengdu), G.L.Z (Shanghai), and Sunfullee (Wuhan). Together, these brands represent more than 80 bakery outlets nationwide.
The workshop attracted a diverse group of attendees representing bakery managers and technical specialists from across the Chinese market. The goal was to deepen their understanding of Debic’s professional dairy solutions while elevating their bakery craftsmanship through technical demonstrations, product application sessions, and innovation‑driven activities.
