For 10 servings

Flammkuchen

150 g sour cream

3 dl Debic Crème Anglaise

10 flammkuchen bases

300 g organic cherries in syrup

200 g chocolate decoration

Preparation

Mix the sour cream with the Crème Anglaise and spread thinly over the bases. 

Bake in the oven for 4 minutes at 300°C (depending on oven type and temperature).

Finishing touch

Top the warm bases with cherries and chocolate decoration.

Serve immediately while the contrast between warm base and cool topping is at its peak.
