Ingredients

For 50 servings

Popcorn parfait

1 l Debic Parfait

50 g salted popcorn, popped

50 small brioche rolls

Garnish

1 dl caramel sauce

100 g mini cornflakes

Preparation

Pour the Parfait into a large measuring cup and add the popped popcorn.

Mix well and leave to infuse, covered, in the refrigerator overnight.

Strain the mixture and press the parfait well out of the popcorn.

Whip the parfait until fluffy in the planetary mixer and pipe the mixture into moulds.

If you don't have moulds, pipe the mixture in strips with a smooth nozzle onto baking paper and freeze.

Finishing touch

Serve the frozen parfait on a small brioche roll and finish with caramel sauce and mini cornflakes.
